Need to Order Repair Parts? How To Determine Your Water Trampoline Product Model and Size

Not sure what product you have and trying to order replacement parts or accessories? Whether it's a bouncer or a water trampoline and what size it is we understand can be a little confusing. Here are a few tips to figure it out:

1. Do I have a water trampoline or bouncer?
If you have a water trampoline you will have springs. Both the Classic and Eclipse Aqua Jump water trampolines have springs. If you don't have springs and it is one complete unit with the bounce surface attached directly to the inflated tube, the you have a bouncer. To understand the difference more clearly, read our What's the Difference blog.

2. What size product do I have?
There are two ways to figure this out:

Option #1 - count the panels.

For Aqua Jump Eclipse models (trampolines without a bar frame):
AJ120 (12' model) = 10 panels, tube height of 26" inflated
AJ150 (15' model) = 10 panels, tube height of 36" inflated
AJ200 (20' model) = 14 panels, tube height of 36" inflated

For Classic Aqua Jump models (trampolines with a bar frame):
AJ15 (15' model) = 10 panels, tube height of 36" inflated
AJ20 (20' model) = 14 panels, tube height of 36" inflated
AJ25 (25' model) = 16 panels, tube height of 42" inflated

For Bongo bouncer models (does not have springs):
Bongo 10' = 8 panels, tube height of 26" inflated
Bongo 13' = 10 panels, tube height of 26" inflated
Bongo 15' = 10 panels, tube height of 36" inflated
Bongo 20' = 14 panels, tube height of 36" inflated

Option #2 - Look at the serial number
On the panel with the inflation valve you will see a Serial Number code. With this serial number you can call RAVE customer service (800-659-0790) and we will be able to assist you with what product you have.

It is recommended that once you purchase the product and receive the owner's manual that you write the model and the serial number in the owner's manual and keep in a safe place.
