If you believe you have a warranty claim on a RAVE product, please complete the form below.

Before contacting RAVE on a possible warranty, please review our Limited Lifetime Warranty, Limited 1 Year Warranty and Limited 30 Day Warranty to see if the product has a warranty issue.

All products will need a Repair Authorization Number to return a product for warranty. Please contact us to verify that you have a warranty claim and receive an Repair Authorization Number. If you return a product without the Repair Authorization Number on the outside of the box the product will be refused and returned to you.
