EVA foam deck pad is comfortable on your feet while providing traction, and self-regulating vent plug allows air to permeate freely to minimize damage caused by pressurization yet prevent water and debris from entering the board. Leg leash connection point behind the deck pad allows use of leg leash (sold separately) for beginners or when paddling in choppy water.
